Is it possible to use the trail camera in another country and insert a local SIM card?
No. This cellular trail camera has a built-in SIM card, which is only suitable to use in the the United States.
Does the hunting camera feature automatic tracking and 24-hour recording?
All wireless low-power security cameras currently on the market do not support 24/7 record and automatic tracking.
However, our game camera has the option of Full time record, but the battery may run out in a few hours. (Not recommended to turn on)
How long does cloud storage cycle?
Our trail camera comes with 30-day trial of cloud storage (Without charge).
All recordings will be remains for "7 days cycle recording" or "30 days cycle recording." (Self-selected)
If I want to use my own SIM card in the U.S., what should l do?
Please provide the UID of your device to our technical supp0rt and we will upgrade you to use your own SIM card.

Why does it disconnect suddenly after 1 month?
It's usually because one month package cellular data is used up.
1. Please confirm whether your data plan has been run out. If yes, please top it up, then enter the live screen to activate the device.
2. Please check if your device is out of battery.
